It's been 15 years, thousands of coffees, countless slices of cake and so many good times.

This place was never really ours, it was yours. Since 2011 you made dull Tuesday mornings hum with conversation. You celebrated birthdays here, nursed breakups, laughed with friends, brought your kids, your parents and your dogs. You spoke with us about your lives. You made this space an incredible hub.

And now it's time for us to step back and let someone else carry on the good times.

From January, the brilliant team at Portal Pizza are taking over. They're local, independent, lovely people and we're genuinely excited about what they'll bring. Same space, new energy. The faces you know will still be there. The coffee will still be excellent. And yes, our cakes will still be on the counter.

For us? We're going all in on what we built the business on, cake. Our wholesale business is really growing, supplying independent cafés across the country, and we've made the hard decision to commit to doing one thing well. We'll still be right here in Exeter, still baking, probably still popping in for coffee and pizza.

This isn't an ending. It's an evolution. And it feels like the right people to take it forward.

Thank you for 15 years of showing up, of caring, of making this little corner of Exeter something special. We're so grateful, to you, to our incredible team, and for every moment shared.
